TELOS - Henrik Ibsen: the Father of Modern Drama 3 NEW!

We will continue our reading of Ibsen's Modernist plays with The Lady from the Sea, Hedda Gabler, and The Masterbuilder. The Lady from the Sea is one of his lesser known plays and stands in contrast to his other plays of this period in several ways. The other two plays are among his most famous. Students should find texts of the plays from the library, bookstores or on line. Because these plays are generally in collections, they may be challenging to find. Your librarian can help you find them. They are all available online as free ebooks at Gutenberg.org.
