TELOS - Finding calmness    NEW!

If you find yourself more hypervigilant, worried, or tense than you'd like to be, come learn how to become less reactive. We all have emotional and physical patterns for how we respond to the stresses in our lives. To discover new options, we'll use the Feldenkrais Method to learn a physical way of self-calming. Typical results include increased confidence, finding it easier to make decisions, and having a more comfortable neck, jaw, and back.
