TELOS - Comfortable travel    NEW!

Learn how to keep yourself comfortable despite long flights, bumpy car trips, strange beds, heavy suitcases and more walking than you're used to. This class uses the Feldenkrais Method to give you the tools you need to prevent problems and take care of any that arise. Very useful if your back, feet, knees, or shoulders tend to give you trouble!
