Project Management with MindManager   NEW!

MindManager software, in conjunction with the Idea Mapping methodology, will help you get your arms around your project, manage input from a variety of sources, gather your customer’s requirements, get those requirements synthesized into actionable tasks and develop a schedule and track that schedule through to an on-time completion.

Project Management with MindManager is interactive and hands-on, providing real solutions for your immediate project management challenges. Learn to organize all your project information on one page, organize and track using the scheduling features of MindManager and learn to prioritize and filter your tasks so that you can stay on top of your quickly developing project. Both the agile and traditional approaches to project management will be applied in this workshop.

Come away with a new approach to project management that is immediately useful to you.

Recommended prerequisite: Completed the ‘Idea Mapping with MindManager’ course or have a strong working knowledge of the MindManager.

Students must bring a laptop (PC not MAC) with an external mouse that is loaded with the most current version of MindManager. If you do not have a current version, load the latest trial version prior to class. A license key will be provided to you after successful completion of the course.

Online courses require an internet connection and the ability to interact both through audio and video using either a web cam/microphone, speakers/headset using a computer or via a mobile phone connection. Any costs associated with connectivity or equipment are the responsibility of the student.
