Meditations for a Clear Mind  

The function of meditation is to move the mind into a calm and peaceful state. At present, we may be stuck in a routine of focusing our thoughts on objects that make us feel stressed or frustrated. This course will explain two incredibly effective breathing meditation practices that are ideally suited for everyone. They give us a sense of relaxation and improve our state of mind, both inside and outside of meditation. A profound Buddhist meditation on the nature of the mind itself will also be introduced during this course. Suitable for those new to meditation as well as for those with some previous meditation experience.
