Body Wellness: Introduction to the Feldenkrais Method  

Curious about how the Feldenkrais Method® can help improve your balance, get you out of stiffness and pain, improve your mood, and get you back to being able to do things you love to do? Try it out for yourself. Your back, neck, and feet will thank you, and you'll learn a way of thinking about yourself that you can use to keep yourself comfortable. A great way to start the new year with increased confidence and ease. Feldenkrais can help whether you’re slowed down due to pain or injury, an athlete wanting to improve your skills, or someone who sits at a desk all day. All ages and abilities welcome
