Recovering from Injury   

Have past injuries left you with persistent stiffness or pain? Curious if there’s a way to regain vitality and that feeling of being ready for anything? When we’re hurt, we learn ways to move that protect us from pain. While those habits worked well at the time, they may no longer be serving you well. We’ll use the Feldenkrais Method® to find more efficient and comfortable movement habits that lead to feeling limber and powerful.
