These classes will explain how to cultivate authentic loving kindness, from generating affection for others to the meditation on taking and giving, which is the practice of using imagination to take on others’ suffering and give them pure happiness. These teachings are derived from the Buddhist tradition of mental training through which we can heal our mind and powerfully enhance our love, compassion and wisdom, thereby transforming all life’s difficulties into valuable spiritual insights.
