Tai Chi - Beginner I   NEW!

Tai chi is a Chinese martial art used to promote health and well-being. Its slow, graceful movements help improve balance and coordination, calm the mind, and rejuvenate the body. Students will begin to learn the first section of Yang Family Tai Chi's Traditional Hand Form. Please come dressed in comfortable shoes and clothing.
