Yoga for Wellness   

This is a yoga class for those new to yoga and those with some experience. Gentle movement will focus on alignment, postural strength, balance, mobility and flexibility. Breath awareness & mindfulness will also be integrated into the class. Participants will learn methods to support posture, as well as ease and relaxation in their day creating greater overall wellness.
