The course focuses on SHRM-specific testing strategies & SHRM Learning System to learn faster, retain more knowledge and stay on track for success on the exam. Eligible for 11 SHRM professional development credits (PDC).

- Interpret and solve technical HR problems and questions using SHRM Body of Applied Skills & Knowledge (SHRM BASK®).
- Assess your personal HR knowledge and develop a customized exam-prep study plan.
- Examine all areas of the SHRM BASK® using the 2024 SHRM Learning System ® including:
- People: Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Employee Engagement & Retention, HR Strategy.
- Workplace: Managing a Global Workforce, Corporate Social Responsibility, U.S. Employment Law & Regulation, Risk Management.
- Organization: Structure of the HR Function, Organizational Effectiveness & Development, Employee & Labor Relations, Technology Management, Workforce Management.

This exam prep program includes the SHRM Learning System for SHRM-CP/SCP along with interactive class sessions to help students become exam-ready. In class sessions, students will take an in depth look at situational judgement questions, how they are created, and how to answer test questions using SHRM knowledge and competencies. Students will learn how to master the types of questions on the SHRM-CP/SCP exam and walk away with a customized study plan that fits their study style and timeline.
