The Four Noble Truths: Ancient Buddhist Teachings for the Modern World   

One of the most well-known of Buddha's teachings, the Four Noble Truths, discusses the true cause of suffering and how to attain a happy, meaningful life. The classes dive deeply into a comprehensive understanding and application of Buddha's teachings in the modern world. Each class will begin with a breathing meditation followed by a teaching, meditation on the class topic, discussion and Q & A.
