    Supply List:

    • Acrylic paints: recommended are artist or professional grade acrylics. Some of my favorite brands are Liquitex, Golden, Blick studio, Masters touch (Hobby Lobby), Artist Loft (Michaels) brand. I wouldn’t recommend using cheap craft paint for this class to get best results although if that’s what you only have, it’s okay to use for learning and practice. Recommended colors: Titanium white, Black or Payne’s grey, Cadmium red, Quinacridone red or Permanent Rose or Alizarin crimson, Cadmium yellow, Lemon Yellow, Ultramarine or Cobalt Blue, Burnt Sienna (brown), Quinacridone magentaOptional colors: Prussian or Phthalo Blue, Viridian Green, any other favorite colors you want to bring
    • Flat and round brushes for acrylic painting (synthetic or hog bristle): in variety of sizes – ¾ inch wide, #6, #8, #10, round brush (size 2 or 4 for details), or your favorite brushes
    • Palette for color mixing: either wood, glass, plastic or paper plate - your preference. You can also use a palette paper pad. I use a Masterson Sta-Wet Palette
    • Canvas panels or stretched canvas: two measuring 9”x12” or 11”x14”, two measuring 12”x12”, one or two measuring 12”x16”

    • Pencil and eraser
    • Rags or paper towels
