Calming Down: A Daily Life Management Course
Gain more personal effectiveness and self-esteem when faced with challenging life situations. In this hands-on course, participants will gain a better understanding of the sources of rage, anger and anxiety and learn ways to reframe and develop a less reactive way of life. The course is designed for adults- young and old who want assistance with important life issues ranging from relationship building, anger and stress management, creating a positive attitude and better life management choices.
