IT Computer Network Training A+/CCNA (America's Promise Funded)
Borough of Manhattan Community College (BMCC) CUNY TechWorks program focuses on bridging the NYC talent gap in the IT sector. The Workforce Pathway program offers a 22 week, full-time Computer Network Support Specialist training program, where successful participants acquire 2 industry certifications, CompTIA A+ and Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA). During the program students will participate in career readiness workshops and receive “soft skills” training, extensive support services, and individualized placement opportunities for internship and employment. Program graduates will have the ability to achieve four college credits towards a BMCC CIS Associate’s degree. There is no cost to participate in this program.
