Learn a vital business practice that helps ensure an organization’s initiatives are completed and delivered on time, within budget  and consistent with its goals.  Students are taught how to plan, execute and monitor projects to fulfill objectives within an established budget and time frame. Prepares students for independent certification by the Project Management Institute.
