Fundamentals of Bookkeeping and Accounting   

Description

Learn essential concepts and techniques of bookkeeping and financial accounting grounded in the generally accepted accounting principles of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).  Every organization needs skilled financial specialists in bookkeeping and accounting to analyze, monitor and audit the financial condition of businesses, corporations, government agencies and non-profit entities.   Students will use either Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks or another brand of state-of-the art accounting software during instructional hours and for completing assignments.
