How to Submit
Complete the online Registration/Payment of Entries form by FRIDAY, JULY 11th.

Entry Fee: $40.00
Maximum 5 entries per designer.
All original pieces, or high-quality digital images or files must be submitted by FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 12th, 2025. Shipped or hand delivered to the Heuser main office at Bradley University.
Digital submissions (websites, apps, online pieces etc.) - on a thumbdrive, or shared on Google Drive.
Include a brief description of each piece, including title, medium, and year created.
Provide proof of payment by including the transaction confirmation with your submission.
Terms and Conditions
By submitting your work, you agree to grant Bradley University permission to use images of your pieces for exhibition promotion and documentation. Designers are responsible for the shipping/transportation of physical works to and from Bradley University.
Submission/Payment of the entry fee does NOT guarantee your work will be in the exhibition. But you will be informed if it has/has not been accepted.
