Kripalu Yoga: Beyond Beginner

Kripalu Yoga is a gentle yoga practice that enriches the body, mind, and spirit through poses and meditation. This class builds on basic yoga postures and explores new ones. You will learn how to flow with ease through various postures and to hold them longer through breathing practice. Additionally, you will work on improving balance, flexibility, and breathing, relieving tension and stress, cultivating concentration and confidence, and promoting a peaceful mind. Tune in to your own body to make yoga work best for you. This is not a beginner class. Students must have experience taking yoga.
