Yoga in Italian   

What fun! Practice yoga while brushing up on your Italian. This gentle yoga class will combine Italian prompts with the Anukalana approach which uses movement and breath to relax the body while performing traditional Asanas. Emphasis will be placed on core strength, fluidity, and breathing in a welcoming environment. Please have a yoga mat, two blocks, and a strap as well as a view of your computer screen from your mat.
