Israeli Falafel Stand    NEW!

Falafel is the ultimate middle eastern street food, which is often served in pita bread with hummus and salads and topped with tahini sauce. It's a delicious well-balanced meal, high in protein and rich in fiber, and if you skip the pita—it's also gluten-free. Join us for a hand-on cooking experience as we learn to prepare falafel, and many classic salads such as chopped Israeli salad, sauerkraut, spicy carrot, onion with sumac, roasted eggplant, as well as Hummus and Tahini. After our hard work, we will enjoy a feast together. Please bring containers for leftovers. A $20 food fee is included in the course fee.
