Protecting Yourself from Hackers: A Star Wars Story

Have you been hacked? Do you know someone who got hacked? Or are you just worried about getting hacked and want to learn how to protect yourself? As consumers and end-users, we are subject to this liability - - where others use a computer to gain unauthorized access to our personal data and computer systems. So, how do we protect ourselves? Hear from an expert in the industry who will use the popular Star Wars movie as the storyline. With the Empire's failures as lessons, Chris Lord will walk us through common cybersecurity attacks that affect all of us, how they work, why they work, and what you can do to keep yourself and your organization safe!  Learn about social engineering, password cracking, side-channel leakage, browser exploits and supply-chain attacks.
