Yoga for Relaxation   

If you are interested in clearing your head and grounding yourself in the present moment, this yoga class offers an excellent calming experience. Through meditation and gentle yoga practices we will focus on re-centering your body, mind, and spirit. Slow and gentle poses will help your body begin to relax, and breathing practices will calm your nervous system. Extended and guided deep relaxation will return your mind to its place of peace. Open to all levels.
