How to Remember the Important Things You Think of While Driving (or Showering)    NEW!

Have you ever had thoughts pop into your mind while driving, but you weren't able to write them down, so you forgot them by the end of your drive? Have you ever dangerously groped for writing or recording material while driving to make sure to remember something? Do you spend most of your driving time putting aside significant thoughts because you know you won't remember them? In this class, you will learn how to maximize the use of your mind's resources while you drive, or at any other time when you can't write—at the gym, theatre, or while jogging. Believe it or not, you can learn to remember all the items on your to-do list. Together, we will practice life long tools for making a powerful mental file to remember everything.
