Hearty Italian Soups and Stews NEW!

Come warm up in our kitchen! With winter upon us, nothing is as comforting as a nice bowl of soup or hearty stew to warm us from the inside out. In this class, we will prepare warming dishes such as Tuscan Bean Soup, Pastina with Diced Chicken, Orzo Soup with Green Chard, Minestrone, and hearty Chicken Cacciatore. Not only will you learn tricks for making authentic Italian soups and stews, you will have leftovers to take home for hearty winter lunches during the week ahead. Please bring a container to take your soup creations home in. A $20 food fee is included in the course fee.
