pantry and make and share dishes that feature these fragrant flavors. Our recipes may include
Dan-Dan
Noodles (Sichuan dish with fragrant roasted chili pepper oil, preserved mustard root, and vegetables);
Gongbao
Chicken with Peanuts, Ginger, and Garlic; and Cumin Lamb. You'll never look at your spice rack the same way! A $20 food fee is included in the course fee.
