Whole30: A Primer and Cooking Class    NEW!

Have you been thinking about doing Whole30, but are feeling a little daunted? Maybe you’re currently doing Whole30 and need more recipes in your repertoire? Founded in 2009, Whole30 was designed as a short-term (30 day) nutrition reset. Its goals include ending unhealthy cravings, restoring a healthy metabolism, and balancing your immune system. In Section 01, we'll explore the basics of Whole30 cooking including finding substitutes for common cooking ingredients, and creating recipes for classic dishes like veggie noodles, homemade mayonnaise, bone broth, mini egg quiches, and chicken sliders. Section 02 is for those who are looking to focus less on the basics and more on adding unique recipes to their collection like chicken pad thai, fajita salad, fish cakes, stuffed sweet potatoes, and ramen noodle bowls. A $20 food fee is included in the course fee.
