Visit Cape Cod and the Wellfleet Oyster Festival   NEW!

Cape Cod, a beautiful place all year round, is a spectacular place to visit in the Fall when the crowds are gone and the colors of the rolling seashore environment are turning to onshore canvases of reds, dark greens, and purples bordered by the deep blues and whites of the sea. On this bus tour, we'll visit two seaside towns and went through some of the back roads that border cranberry bogs and ocean beaches. We'll leave Newton bright and early, and head down the coast to the quaint village of Wellfleet. Here you'll enjoy perusing the annual Oyster Festival and its local food vendors, artisans, musicians, entertainers, and of course Wellfleet Oysters which have been claimed the sweetest in the nation. This festival has been named one of the "top 100 festivals in the USA". Our second village stop will be Hyannis where we've planned a guided tour of the Kennedy Legacy Trail. You will see where JFK made his presidential acceptance speech, the church that the Kennedy family members still attend, and other important sites. We'll also visit the JFK Museum for a deeper look into history. Although we won't be sunbathing on this trip, we'll be soaking in the Cape Cod atmosphere! All gratuities and entrance fees are included. Picnic lunches are welcome. We will depart from and return to Newtonville, MA. Details will be emailed upon registration. Discounts or waivers do not apply.
