Sekar Kathiresan: From Reading Your DNA for Risk to Rewriting it for Heart Health

Dr. Sekar Kathiresan, CEO of Verve Therapeuctics and Cardiologist at MGH, will speak about his cutting-edge research that he anticipates will be a cure for heart disease. The biotech plans to use the genetic mutation and the gene editing technology CRISPR to turn off eight genes linked to high cholesterol.
