Outdoor Parkour for Teens and Adults   

Teens and adults of all ability and fitness levels will learn the basic movements and techniques of Parkour, as well as practice exercises designed to improve general fitness while exploring and moving safely through the environment. A combination of games, exercises, challenges, and technical drills will provide scalable challenges to a wide range of skill levels and will improve balance, coordination, strength, spatial awareness, and flexibility, all while having fun! This class will have a maximum of 10 students and meet outdoors. Discounts or waivers do not apply.
Please note: class does not meet the week of April 15th due to April Vacation.
