Welcome bees to your backyard and harvest their honey. Join a local local beekeeper to learn about setting up a hive, acquiring and installing bees, managing bees throughout the seasons, required equipment, harvesting bee products, and local bee supply dealers. After the seven classroom (Zoom) sessions, the class will attend a hive opening with live bees later in the spring (date determined by the instructor).
