Combine your love of yoga and art in the same class! In this four week course students will focus on creating body-breath awareness before embarking on an exploration of their creative impulses. Choose your favorite medium whether it’s painting, drawing or collage. Class will begin with a 30 minute flow followed by 1.5 intuitive-creative exploration. Translate your thoughts and feelings into a visual expression and leave with a sense of a calm and rejuvenation. No experience required.
