We will walk along the river together wearing masks and socially distant. As we walk we will lapse in and out of conscious silent spells that will allow us to use all of our senses to experience the river and its plant and animal inhabitants more deeply and to be together in a safe way. Your guide, a naturalist, artist, and yoga instructor, will also offer stretches and nature explorations during breaks from the silence. She will discuss the flora and fauna we encounter, and answer questions from the group. Join this peaceful club of body and ecological awareness for a sense of calm and community.
