Dance Fitness/Let Your Yoga Dance® for Older Adults   

Join Emily for an afternoon recharge. This active senior class will include warm up, dance fitness, and a full half hour of Let Your Yoga Dance®. Dance Fitness gets the body moving, the brain connecting to the body, and the heart and joy pumping. Then Let Your Yoga Dance® moves us through the chakras (seven energy centers of the body) with all kinds of music, dance, breath, and energy. The result is a blissful body, joyous heart, and a steady and quiet mind. Great for all levels (even in a chair if you prefer)! You will receive the zoom link in advance of class to participate safely from home while connecting, moving and enjoying the yoga dance with others.
