You will learn how to develop the feasibility and practical frameworks for setting up the components for meeting all the regulatory and foundational procedures; you will learn how to register as a 501c3 with an EIN nonprofit designation. You will also learn how to design the compelling programs for serving your constituency, with strategies and logic model for setting up a sustainable environment for your staff and board, with a list of funders that match your startup budget for operational success. Previous nonprofit experience is not required.
