Mindful Mornings (Ages 5-9)   

Lean into some time for yourself over the busy winter vacation week - for a quiet break, an errand, connecting with friends or family - whatever serves you best. While you enjoy this time each morning, we invite your children to join us for an hour of mindfulness. We’ll practice mindful relaxation exercises, stretch through mindful movement, read some fun tales, and create crafts to take home. Mindfulness gives us all - including our children - time to relax, reboot, and tap into joy and gratitude.
