Drawing is fundamental to all forms of art. In this class, students will be introduced to the fundamental elements of drawing, including observation, mark-making, perspective, and abstraction. Working with a myriad of drawing tools, including pencil, charcoal, and ink, students will gain confidence in their drawing abilities and draw inspiration from artists throughout history. This class is designed for beginners, but those looking to refresh their drawing skills are also welcome! No Class the week of April 15 - school vacation.
