Evening Tai Chi   

End your day with renewed energy and inner calm with the practice of one of the original ancient Chinese martial arts, tai chi. The slowness and evenness of continuous movement, based on ancient philosophy, make this an ideal form of exercise for men and women of all ages and abilities. You'll increase your strength and resilience, promote cardiovascular and respiratory endurance, improve coordination and balance, and build confidence. We'll practice a series of movements in the yang style, today's most popular form. Please wear soft, flat-bottomed shoes.
