Strength Training for Seniors - Intermediate Level   

This class is designed to help build both your muscles and bones. We will move through a full-body range of exercises, including squats, lunges, hinges, presses, and rows. This class is intended for those who can move to the floor and back up easily. We will also be doing some abdominal work throughout the class. 2 lb dumbbells are available. Please bring 5 lb or 10 lb weights, if looking for something more challenging. Please bring your yoga mat, if possible. Senior discount does not apply.
