Hatha Yoga (Anukalana Inspired)   

This Hatha based class combines breathing with enjoyable and more challenging movements of muscles, creating a meditation in motion through a sequence of yoga poses. Each class focuses on strengthening and stretching different parts of the body. The class moves at a slow to moderate pace ending in total relaxation. Your new sense of self-awareness will allow you to focus on what is important off the mat. Open to all levels. Please bring a yoga mat and two blocks.
