To register for Level 5, you must:
This level is for intermediate students who are ready to study a more academic level of English. They know a lot of English and can understand the meaning of general academic and content-specific words and phrases. They can have conversations using a variety of grammar tenses and can write more complex sentences and paragraphs. By the end of this course, students should be able to read longer, more complex texts on their own and understand their meaning, write simple essays, have more knowledge of academic vocabulary, and use the college’s online learning management system.
