This course presents a study of medical terminology, anatomy and physiology. Provides the opportunity to decipher unfamiliar terms, including definitions, abbreviations, usage and pronunciation. Course focuses on diseases that are frequently diagnosed and treated in the medial office setting. Basic anatomy and physiology, pathology, drug highlights, diagnostic and laboratory tests, and pharmacology are presented.
