Effective Teaching & Instructional Development
Student Voice Matters: Seeking Feedback for Course Improvement
The end of the semester is when many faculty receive feedback from their students in the student evaluations of teaching. A better time for feedback is while the course is operational. This session focuses on the importance of actively seeking feedback from students to enhance the quality of learning for your students and create a more engaging and student-centered learning environment. Participants will explore effective strategies and practical techniques for soliciting feedback from students, leveraging their insights to make informed instructional decisions and improve the overall learning experience.
