This class is a flex class, with half of the students attending in person and half attending via Zoom. The students will have just learned how to write transition plans (i.e., a formal part of an Individualized Education Plan with the activities and goals to assist the student with moving from school to adult life) for students with disabilities. We will be discussing the issues with implementing these activities and goals based on a contextual factor such as insufficient community resources, limited job opportunities, and a lack of family involvement.
