Week 1: Driving Through Normandy with Meryl Rachlin and Bill Grindl Travel once again with Meryl and Bill on a driving tour through Normandy. You’ll view the sprawling countryside of farmland carpeted with veggie greens and ochre wheat, untamed fields of red poppies and wildflowers. You’ll visit the historic locations of Mont-Saint-Michel, William the Conqueror’s birth castle, WWII’s Ponte Du Hoc overlooking the cliffs of Normandy Beach, and travel farther up the coast to the bustling fishing village of Hon Fleur, and then on to Etretat, famous for Monet’s paintings. But be careful that you don’t get locked, along with Meryl and Bill, in the magical garden of Chateau Jardin Vendeuvre after it closes. Come and find out how they got out!

Week 2: Exploring Antarctica with Tim Johnson From France, we’ll travel to Antarctica, the White Continent, with Tim Johnson. We will explore what makes Antarctica unique, why it's the least understood continent, what makes it so challenging to visit, what safeguards are in place to ensure the continent is protected from human beings and who really owns Antarctica. We’ll enjoy a wealth of photos showcasing this amazing continent.

Week 3: Pouvez-vous Imaginer Paris avec Dan Zagata, Cheryl Rosenberg and Janet Wheatley? It’s the 1st Celebration Lifelong International Get-Together … in Paris!!! This week we join Dan Zagata, Lifelong Travel Club Facilitator, as he shares an insider’s view of the neighborhoods of Paris with Lifelong members Cheryl and Janet. Come and enjoy their stories and photos of the hidden gems of the local culture that lie beyond the main attractions.
