Yoga-All Levels  

This class introduces the fundamental poses and proper alignment for increased flexibility and improved balance. As the class progresses we will add an active series of movements to stretch and strengthen the body. You will also learn breathing techniques and meditation exercises. Students are to practice at their own pace. Everything in class is optional. Students are to follow any doctor's advice given about exercise.
