Rescue, Rehabilitate, Release
Volunteers from the Peace River Wildlife Center will give tips and cautions about how to rescue a distressed wild animal. They will explain the rehabilitation and release process used at the Wildlife Center and will also discuss habitats and food sources of many of the wild animals in our midst. The guests of honor will be Luna, the leucistic screech owl; Bella, the great horned owl, and Pacino, the opossum. Join us for this informative and fun class to meet some of the wild animals whose habitat we share.
