French Bistro Made Simple    NEW!

French food conjures up images of chefs in tall hats scurrying about the kitchen making incredibly complex and challenging food, but there is a lot of French fare that is simple to make. Learn some favorite Bistro classics, starting with a Provencal Tomato and Potato Gratin, Cassoulet, (the hearty, meat-studded one-pot meal) and Chicken Dijonnaise, (a one-pan mustard and tarragon flavored French favorite).
