DSHS Mental Health Specialty Training (For Managers)

Gain specialty training and obtain an introduction to the most common psychiatric disorders recognized in the elderly. This course is for caregivers in long term care settings. Review the symptoms, treatment options, care giving considerations, communication skills, multicultural considerations, resident struggles, medications and caregiver self care.
