Tai Chi-Yang Style Level I
Learn the Chinese martial art of tai chi chuan. Tai chi is an "internal" martial art, which focuses on balance, alignment, flow, body awareness and mental focus. It is widely practiced for its health benefits. In this class, you will learn a short form of the traditional Yang family style. Tai chi is a gentle, flowing practice that is accessible to a wide range of ages and abilities.
